Lois White, a food editor for Grey Dog Media, Hy-Vee Seasons and Better Homes and Gardens magazine, will demonstrate how to make baked chocolate cake donuts with ganache glaze and sprinkles and mouth-watering baked banana donuts. Don't want to go healthy when it comes to your donuts? Lois will also cover a basic yeast dough donut that is fried and rolled in sugar or dipped in glaze. She'll clue us in on pro-tips like kneading dough, easy proofing at home and choosing the right oil and temperature. Yum--we can taste the donuts already!
