Event Description:

Food editor Lois White will show you how to pre-game Thanksgiving like a pro for a stress-free, and most importantly, delicious Thanksgiving. Lois will cover all aspects of prepping a bird, including thawing, stuffing with aromatics like lemons, herbs and onions, brining, rubs, injections and more. She'll also cover delectable sides that can be prepped the night before including muffin stuffing, pear compote, bacon-topped green bean casserole and creamy slow-cooker mashed potatoes.
